Endovascular Management of a Giant Supraclinoid Internal Carotid Artery Dissecting Pseudoaneurysm Using Flow Diversion and Coiling: A Case Report and Review of Literature

open access: yesClinical Case Reports, Volume 14, Issue 6, June 2026.
ABSTRACT We present a case of a giant left supraclinoid ICA dissecting pseudoaneurysm managed successfully with flow diversion and adjunctive coiling, highlighting radiological findings and clinical outcome. Endovascular intervention provides a minimally invasive and durable solution with good clinical and radiological outcomes.

A Comparative Analysis of Short‐Term Outcomes of Off Pump Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting Alone or Simultaneous Cerebral Revascularization: A Single‐Center Retrospective Study

open access: yesClinical Cardiology, Volume 49, Issue 6, June 2026.
The final flowchart categorizes subjects into two groups: the control group (n = 60) undergoing OPCABG alone and the combined cardiocerebrovascular revascularization group (n = 57). ABSTRACT Objectives The impact of simultaneous coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG) with cerebral revascularization versus CABG alone on perioperative complications and ...

Development of a Microsurgical Simulator for Laryngeal Surgery: A Novel Training Device

open access: yesLaryngoscope Investigative Otolaryngology, Volume 11, Issue 2, April 2026.
We developed a modular, low‐cost microsurgical simulator using porcine larynges to support microlaryngeal training, including microsuturing, and CO2 laser procedures. In an initial user evaluation of 21 otolaryngologists, participants reported high realism, usability, and educational utility across domains such as hand–eye coordination, bimanual ...

Exposure of the petrosal segment of the internal carotid artery as a method for preventing intraoperative bleeding during clipping of carotid-ophthalmic aneurysms: a clinical case

open access: yesСеченовский вестник
Microsurgical treatment of ocular artery aneurysms is classified as high-risk surgery. It is anatomically impossible to prevent and stop bleeding from ophthalmic aneurysms by applying a standard clip proximal to the aneurysm.Case report.
