Fluid inclusions in rocks of the Archean high-grade Varpaisjärvi-Lapinlahti area, central Finland [PDF]

open access: yesBulletin of the Geological Society of Finland, 1992
Fluid inclusions both in matrix quartz of metamorphic rocks and in quartz veins from five samples from the Archean high-grade Varpaisjärvi-Lapinlahti area were examined with microthermometric methods. Two types of fluid inclusions were observed: CO2-rich

Targeting the MDK/c-Myc complex to overcome temozolomide resistance in glioma. [PDF]

open access: yesClin Transl Med
ACT001 disrupts the MDK/c‐Myc complex, enhancing c‐Myc ubiquitination and overcoming temozolomide resistance in glioma. Combining ACT001 with temozolomide synergistically inhibits tumour growth and progression, offering a promising therapeutic strategy for glioma patients, particularly those with high MDK expression.

Origin of the Paleoproterozoic “Giant Quartz Reef” System in the Bundelkhand Craton, India: Constraints from Fluid Inclusion Microthermometry, Raman Spectroscopy, and Geochemical Modelling

open access: yesLithosphere, 2022
The Bundelkhand “giant quartz reef” (BGQR) system comprises 20 major quartz reefs which run for tens of km in strike length of average width of 40 m and occurs in spatial intervals of 12–19 km in the Bundelkhand craton, North Central India.

The Formation of Magmatic-Hydrothermal Features in Sn-Mineralized and Barren Tasmanian Intrusions, Southeast Australia: Insights from Quartz Textures, Trace Elements, and Microthermometry

open access: yesEconomic Geology, 2021
Tasmania is the most important tin province in Australia, having been endowed with >0.65 Mt Sn. Some granitic intrusions in western Tasmania have distinctive tourmaline- and quartz-rich magmatic-hydrothermal features, whether they are mineralized (e.g.,

Aquamarine from Massangana batholith, Rondônia State: mineral chemistry and fluid inclusion data

open access: yesREM: International Engineering Journal, 2020
Beryl is usually found in granite-pegmatite systems. The addition of chromophore elements (V, Cr, Mn, Fe) into the crystalline structure favors color changes in beryl and thus generates some of the world’s expensive gems such as emerald, morganite ...
