Sustainable Energy Solutions for Healthcare Facilities in Developing Countries: A Hybrid System Analysis With HOMER Pro

This study optimises a hybrid renewable energy system (HRES) for the Baliakandi Upazila Health Complex using Hybrid Optimisation Model for Electric Renewables (HOMER) Pro software. The optimal configuration (Case I) achieves the lowest cost of energy ($0.0329/kWh) and a 70% reduction in CO2‚ emissions, enhancing sustainability and energy security.
