Additive‐Driven Phase Control for Stable and Efficient CsPbI₃ Solar Cells Via Ambient Low‐Temperature Processing

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
CsPbI₃ perovskite solar cells face stability issues due to high annealing temperatures and moisture. Butylammonium acetate (BAAc) enables stable phase formation at 160°C in ambient laboratory conditions, enhancing efficiency and stability, achieving 18.6% PCE, and maintaining over 81% efficiency after 1,000 hours of maximum power point tracking under 1

Microwave quantum diode

open access: yesNature Communications
AbstractThe fragile nature of quantum circuits is a major bottleneck to scalable quantum applications. Operating at cryogenic temperatures, quantum circuits are highly vulnerable to amplifier backaction and external noise. Non-reciprocal microwave devices such as circulators and isolators are used for this purpose.

Magnetic‐Field Tuning of the Spin Dynamics in the Quasi‐2D Van der Waals Antiferromagnet CuCrP2S6

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
This study reveals 2D character of the spin dynamics in CuCrP2S6, as well as complex field dependence of collective excitations in the antiferromagnetically ordered state. Their remarkable tuning from the antiferromagnetic to the ferromagnetic type with magnetic field, together with the non‐degeneracy of the magnon gaps favorable for the induction of ...

16-Wavelength DFB Laser Array With High Channel-Spacing Uniformity Based on Equivalent Phase-Shift Technique

open access: yesIEEE Photonics Journal, 2014
The high accuracy of lasing wavelength spacing is one of the key requirements of a distributed feedback (DFB) semiconductor laser array. However, the nonuniformity of the wavelength spacing is increasingly deteriorating with the increase in the channel ...

Microwave spectroscopy on a double quantum dot with an on-chip Josephson oscillator

open access: yes, 2000
We present measurements on microwave spectroscopy on a double quantum dot with an on-chip microwave source. The quantum dots are realized in the two-dimensional electron gas of an AlGaAs/GaAs heterostructure and are weakly coupled in series by a ...

Magnetic‐Field Dependent VB− Spin Decoherence in Hexagonal Boron Nitrides: A First‐Principles Study

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
This study investigates the decoherence of the VB− defect in h‐BN under external magnetic fields using first‐principles quantum many‐body simulations. A transition boundary distinguishing distinct decoherence regimes is identified, with its dependence on isotopic composition.

Airborne SAR Imaging Algorithm for Ocean Waves Based on Optimum Focus Setting

open access: yesRemote Sensing, 2019
Ocean waves are the richest texture on the sea surface, from which valuable information can be inversed. In general, the Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) images of surface waves will inevitably be distorted due to the intricate motion of surface waves ...

All‐Optical Electric Field Sensing with Nanodiamond‐Doped Polymer Thin Films

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
The photoluminescence (PL) of fluorescent nanodiamonds (FNDs) in a polymer‐based capacitor device is sensitive to electric fields. When an external electric field is applied, the PL intensity of the negatively charged nitrogen‐vacancy center (NV‐) increases, while that of the neutrally charged NV center (NV0) decreases.

Local Azimuth Ambiguity-to-Signal Ratio Estimation Method Based on the Doppler Power Spectrum in SAR Images

open access: yesRemote Sensing, 2019
In synthetic aperture radar (SAR) images, azimuth ambiguity is one of the important factors that affect image quality. Generally, the azimuth ambiguity-to-signal ratio (AASR) is a measure of the azimuth ambiguity of SAR images.
