M2 Macrophage‐Derived Extracellular Vesicles Reprogram Immature Neutrophils into Anxa1hi Neutrophils to Enhance Inflamed Bone Regeneration

This study reveals that M2‐EVs mitigate periodontitis‐induced bone resorption by modulating neutrophil fate. Single‐cell RNA sequencing identified an Anxa1hi neutrophil subpopulation with pro‐reparative properties.
