Optical simulation of microwave antennas
1964 Antennas and Propagation Society International Symposium, 1966It has recently been suggested that microwave antennas may be simulated at optical frequencies using the neon-helium continuous gas laser. The present paper discusses various aspects of this problem and presents a simulation example using as a model the 96-element Australian array used to scan the surface of the sun at 80 megacycles.

Microwave dipole antennas and feeds
1984The early trends in microwave antenna design grew out of the practice of using dipole systems at longer wavelengths. Nevertheless, little systematic information has been obtained about microwave dipole systems. This is partly due to the greater difficulty in applying theory to practically useful microwave dipoles and partly to the urgent military needs
