This work overcomes long‐standing crucial technical difficulties in miniaturizing micro‐wave detectors, caused by the longer‐wavelength diffraction limit, with carbon nanotube (CNT) film photo‐thermoelectric sensors. The CNT film sensor exhibits sensitive micro‐wave detection operations with signal‐to‐noise ratios over 1400 at compact device sizes ...

This study compares the electrochemical performance of high‐entropy alloys (HEA) and oxides (HEO) as supercapacitor electrodes. HEO demonstrates superior energy and power density due to its capacitive behavior and surface redox reactions, while HEA relies on diffusion‐controlled processes.

280–300 GHz SiGe‐InP hybrid‐integrated transmitter with 21.9 dBm EIRP and 10 Gbps data rate
In this paper, a 280–300 GHz hybrid‐integrated transmitter is proposed. The advantages of the SiGe and InP chips are fully made use by integrating these two chips. For low cost and high integration, the local oscillator chain and mixer are based on chips

Computational modeling of decay and hybridization in superconducting circuits [PDF]
We present a framework for modeling superconducting circuits that integrates classical microwave analysis with circuit quantization. Our framework enables the calculation of the lossy eigenmodes of superconducting circuits, and we demonstrate the method by analyzing several circuits relevant to multiplexed, Purcell filtered transmon readout ...

This work demonstrates the first chipless temperature sensing array based on conductor‐loaded composites. They allow multiple items to be simultaneously identified and monitored through multiplexed electromagnetic reflections. The work studies the influence of conductive fillers on the frequency‐domain properties of PDMS, for the first time.

The origin and nature of metal‐substrate interface layer in Ta/sapphire‐based superconducting films is investigated using synchrotron X‐ray reflectivity and scanning transmission electron microscopy. An intermixing layer, ≈0.65 nm thick containing Al, O, and Ta atoms, is identified at the interface.

Gain-assisted superluminal microwave pulse propagation via four-wave mixing in superconducting phase quantum circuits [PDF]
We study the propagation and amplification of a microwave field in a four-level cascade quantum system which is realized in a superconducting phase quantum circuit. It is shown that by increasing the microwave pump tones feeding the system, the normal dispersion switches to the anomalous and the gain-assisted superluminal microwave propagation is ...
