Ge substitution in Li6+xGexAs1‐xS5Br expands the lattice, redistributes Li+, and enhances intercage diffusion, increasing ionic conductivity 6‐fold to 12.7 mS/cm at x = 0.5. Unlocking n‐alk‐1‐ynes conformers: Quantum “trigger finger” versus “stiff joint” conformations
Quantum chemical analysis reveals the unique function of n‐alk‐1‐yne terminus as a Quantum “Trigger Finger,” exhibiting two near‐isoenergetic conformers (Cs ${\mathrm{C}}_{s}$and C1 ${\mathrm{C}}_{1}$) locked by a symmetric high barrier. This contrasts with the lower asymmetric barrier of the conventional asymmetric “Stiff Joint” alkyl chain.

A Single‐Crystalline High‐κ K2Mo3O10 Dielectric for Two‐Dimensional Field‐Effect Transistors
K2Mo3O10 nanosheet can be synthesized by CVD method with a wide bandgap (∼4.09 eV) and high dielectric constant (∼39). The MoS2 FET with K2Mo3O10 as the top‐gate dielectric exhibits a steep SS as low as 76 mV dec−1 with an average of approximately 140 mV dec−1 and an on/off current ratio of up to 107 with an average of approximately 106.
