Advanced Science, EarlyView.Tumor dsDNA released by cryoablation is taken up by macrophages, activating the cGAS‐STING signaling pathway. This leads to an expansion of the CXCL10+ macrophage pool and increased secretion of CXCL10, which in turn recruits CXCR3+ T cells from draining lymph nodes into the tumor microenvironment to exert anti‐tumor effects.

Advanced Science, EarlyView.The FAK‐STAT3‐NNMT axis drives anoikis resistance in circulating tumor cells by reprogramming fatty acid oxidation. Targeting this metabolic vulnerability suppresses metastasis, untangling a key mechanism of breast cancer progression and revealing NNMT as a promising therapeutic target.
