This study introduces a revolutionary terahertz metasurface biosensor using gold nanoparticles to boost sensitivity. It achieves precise detection of ultra‐low biomarker concentrations (1–1000 pg mL−1) with a 97.6 GHz/RIU sensitivity through optimized antibody binding.
