SPICE‐Compatible Compact Modeling of Cuprate‐Based Memristors Across a Wide Temperature Range

Advanced Electronic Materials, EarlyView.
A physics‐guided compact model for YBCO memristors is introduced, incorporating carrier trapping, field‐induced detrapping, and a differential balance equation to describe their switching dynamics. The model is compared with experiments and implemented in LTspice, allowing realistic circuit‐level simulations.

High‐Performance X‐Band Electromagnetic Interference Shielding in Flexible Barium Hexaferrite/Cobalt‐Based Microwires/Silicone Rubber Ternary Composites via Magnetic–Conductive Synergy

A flexible ternary composite combining barium hexaferrite (BHF), Co–Microwires, and silicone rubber exploits magnetic–conductive synergy to deliver tunable X‐band EMI shielding, reaching a 16.9 dB at 9.8 GHz (surpassing the 10 dB industrial benchmark).
