Microwave single-tone optomechanics in the classical regime

open access: yesNew Journal of Physics, 2021
We report on the quantitative experimental illustration of elementary optomechanics within the classical regime. All measurements are performed in a commercial dilution refrigerator on a mesoscopic drumhead aluminium resonator strongly coupled to a ...

Phase structure, bond traits, and intrinsic dielectric response of NiTa2O6–TiO2 microwave dielectric ceramics investigated by bond theory and vibrational spectroscopy

open access: yesJournal of Materials Research and Technology, 2023
The present work reports the synthesis and structure-property of a tri-rutile Ni0.5Ti0.5TaO4 microwave dielectric ceramic. It is found that the Ni0.5Ti0.5TaO4 ceramic belongs to the solid solution of tetragonal tri-rutile NiTa2O6.

Vortex electron generated by microwave photon with orbital angular momentum in a magnetic field

open access: yesAIP Advances, 2020
With semi-quantum theory, we quantitatively deduce microwave photons radiated from the moving electrons in a magnetic field, as well as the interaction of transmitted microwave photons with the vortex electrons in the magnetic field.

Theory of Fractional Microwave-Induced Resistance Oscillations [PDF]

open access: yesPhysical Review Letters, 2007
We develop a systematic theory of microwave-induced oscillations in magnetoresistivity of a 2D electron gas in the vicinity of fractional harmonics of the cyclotron resonance, observed in recent experiments. We show that in the limit of well-separated Landau levels the effect is dominated by a change of the distribution function induced by multiphoton ...

CCDC80 suppresses high‐grade serous ovarian cancer migration via negative regulation of B7‐H3

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
PAX8 is a lineage‐specific master regulator of transcription in high‐grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSC) progression. We show for the first time that PAX8 facilitates proliferation and metastasis by repressing the cell autonomous tumor suppressor CCDC80 and inducing B7‐H3 expression.
