Impact Evaluation of an Emerging European Health Project – the MIDAS Model
Background: This paper describes the impact evaluation of a large big data platform initiative that is being undertaken in order to increase the probability of its success. The initiative, MIDAS (Meaningful Integration of Data Analytics and Services), is

Erenumab and OnabotulinumtoxinA in Chronic Migraine: A Comparative Analysis. [PDF]
In this prospective cohort study, Erenumab and OnabotulinumtoxinA showed similar reductions in headache frequency at 3 and 6 months. Both improved quality of life, while Erenumab achieved greater reductions in migraine‐related disability (MIDAS). These findings support individualized treatment selection.

Abstract Background Refractory chronic migraine (rCM) is a highly disabling condition for which novel safe and effective treatments are needed. Safety and long‐term efficacy of paresthesia‐free high cervical 10 kHz spinal cord stimulation (SCS) were here prospectively evaluated for the treatment of rCM.

Effect of Changes in Age Structure of the Population on Government Consumption Expenditure: An Approach of Mixed Frequency Data Sampling (MIDAS) [PDF]
Population age structure is a main factor affecting government consumption expenditure. This paper examines the effects of changes in population age structure on government consumption expenditure by using a Mixed Frequency Data Sampling (MIDAS) approach.

Forecasting Renminbi Exchange Rate Volatility Using CARR-MIDAS Model
In this study, we propose to employ the conditional autoregressive range-mixed-data sampling (CARR-MIDAS) model to model and forecast the renminbi exchange rate volatility. The CARR-MIDAS model exploits intraday information from the intraday high and low

We introduce a capillary‐filtering‐based particle‐filling (CFPF) process that simultaneously forms vertical thermal pathways and electrical vias within µ‐pores. In situ microfluidic analysis reveals that capillary‐driven velocity gradients generate vorticity that governs µ‐platelet rotation and vertical alignment.
