MANAGEMENT OF RADIX ENTOMOLARIS WITH THE MIDDLE MESIAL CANAL – A CASE REPORT
INTERNATIONAL JOURNAL OF SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH, 2022Mandibular rst molars are frequently encountered with variations in their internal anatomy; among those is the presence of an extra canal in the mesial root called the middle mesial canal, and the presence of an additional distolingual root known as the radix entomolaris. The proper application of the magnication, such as the microscopes, loupes, and

Middle Mesial Canal an Extra Entity: A Case Report
2021The primary objective of endodontic therapy is to achieve a three-dimensional obturation of the root canal space to remove the tissue debris, microorganisms and their by products after a proper biomechanical preparation of the pulp chambers. The missing canal of complex root canal morphology is major reason for endodontic failure.

Middle mesial canal in mandibular molars
Endo-Endodontic practice today, 2012Aim: The purpose of this study was to emphasise the importance of familiarisation with the internal anatomy of the mesial root of human permanent mandibular molars. Materials and methods: A literature review was conducted and four clinical cases of mandibular molars exhibiting an additional middle mesial canal are presented.

Treatment considerations of the middle mesial canal of mandibular first and second molars
Journal of Endodontics, 1981The occurrence, instrumentation, and obturation of the isthmus between the mesiobuccal and mesiolingual canals in mandibular first and second molars were studied in a hundred such molars that were consecutively treated in private practice. Of the one hundred cases, twelve separate middle mesial canals were identified and treated.

Middle Mesial Canal of the Mandibular First Molar: A Case Report and Literature Review
Journal of Endodontics, 2004With the advent of magnification, either by loupes or microscope, the astute clinician must be aware of recent literature that states that the mandibular first molar has a 1-15% chance of a fifth canal. This is a case report accompanied by a review of the literature that shows the unusual anatomy of the mandibular first molar.

Middle Mesial Canal: A Special Consideration for Mandibular Molars
Thorough debridement is required for the whole root canal system for successful endodontic therapy. One factor contributing to inadequate canal cleaning may be the complex root canal architecture. The mandibular molars exhibit significant differences in terms of additional roots or canals. With the use of any magnification devices, the clinician shouldopenaire +1 more source
