MIG‐seq2: Multiplexed Inter‐Simple Sequence Repeat Genotyping by Sequencing With Dual‐Unique Indices

open access: yesEcological Research, Volume 41, Issue 4, July 2026.
We developed a new version of the Multiplexed ISSR Genotyping by Sequencing (MIG‐seq) method, called MIG‐seq2. This improved protocol incorporates dual unique indices to distinguish more than 1344 samples and optimizes primer tail sequences to improve sequence quality.

Single versus repeated intravenous oncolytic reovirus infusions: Implications for immune modulation and rationalised scheduling of therapy in hepatocellular carcinoma

open access: yesInternational Journal of Cancer, Volume 158, Issue 12, Page 3252-3267, 15 June 2026.
What's new? Oncolytic viruses are a promising immunotherapeutic approach against many malignancies. However, it is unclear whether repeated doses have improved therapeutic value or may trigger greater side effects, especially in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma whose liver is chronically damaged.

Research of a Multi-Frequency Waveform Control Method on Double-Wire MIG Arc Welding

open access: yes, 2017
To improve the energy efficiency and quality of the welding seam during the double-wire metal inert-gas (MIG) arc welding production a new multi-frequency waveform control method was proposed in this paper. In this method a multi-frequency modulation was

Use of the fluorescent dye 10-N-nonyl acridine orange in quantitative and location assays of cardiolipin: a study on different experimental models

open access: yes, 2004
The fluorescent dye 10-N-nonyl acridine orange (NAO) is extensively used for location and quantitative assays of cardiolipin in living cells on the assumption of its high specificity for cardiolipin; however, the limits and the mechanism of this ...

Comparative Study of the Mechanical Properties of (FS) and MIG Welded Joint in (AA7020-T6) Aluminum Alloy

open access: yesAl-Khawarizmi Engineering Journal, 2011
A comprehensive practical study of typical mechanical properties of welded Aluminum alloy AA7020-T6 (Al-Mg-Zn), adopting friction stir welding (FSW) technique and conventional metal inert gas (MIG) technique, is well achieved in this work for real ...

Mutations in fibulin-1 and collagen IV suppress the short healthspan of mig-17/ADAMTS mutants in Caenorhabditis elegans.

open access: yesPLoS ONE
The ADAMTS (a disintegrin and metalloprotease with thrombospondin motifs) family metalloprotease MIG-17 plays a crucial role in the migration of gonadal distal tip cells (DTCs) in Caenorhabditis elegans. MIG-17 is secreted from the body wall muscle cells
