Advanced Science, EarlyView.This study introduces a versatile platform for quantifying three dimensional traction forces at bio‐adhesive interfaces. Integrating in situ stereo‐digital image correlation with finite element simulations allows for precise measurement of microscale displacements and traction forces in both dry and wet conditions.
