Organelle‐Resolved Tetrazine‐trans‐Cyclooctene Click Chemistry for Cargo Delivery and Release
Chemistry – A European Journal, EarlyView.Bioorthogonal click chemistry tools provide a means for specific intracellular conjugation of molecules. In this study, we used reactive tetrazine (Tz) and TCO moieties for labeling of organelles and organelle‐specific delivery and activation of doxorubicin prodrugs.

PERFECTA Loaded Lipid Cubosomes for 19F‐MRI: Physico‐Chemical Characterization
Chemistry – A European Journal, EarlyView.Phytantriol‐based cubosomes loaded with PERFCTA, a fluorinated MRI probe, were developed as promising systems for imaging and drug delivery. The nanoparticles showed high PERFECTA encapsulation efficiency, strong fluorine MRI signals, and optimal colloidal stability in biological media.
