Multiresponsive Color‐Tunable Phosphorescence With Matrix‐Confined Clusters

open access: yesAggregate, EarlyView.
The molecule with cluster‐triggered emission mechanisms is embedded in polymer matrix, the phosphorescence properties of multiclusters are size‐dependent and exhibit different responses to various stimuli, including temperature, concentration, and excitation, which synergistically induce color‐range tunable time‐dependent phosphorescence color behavior.

Uncle Sam Wants Whom? The Draft and the Quality of Military Personnel [PDF]

open access: yes
It has been argued the draft may enable the military to attract more able individuals than a volunteer military and thus increase welfare. We find this may be the case if a volunteer military simply takes the least able individuals.
