Silicon Enhances Functional Mitochondrial Transfer to Improve Neurovascularization in Diabetic Bone Regeneration

These findings reveal that silicon exerts strong protective effects in diabetic bone defect models by selectively promoting Drp1‐Mff activity. Silicon facilitates precise regulation of mitochondrial dynamics to enable functional mitochondrial transfer.

Targeted Delivery of α‐ketoglutarate to Macrophages in Bone: A Novel Therapeutic Strategy for Improving Fracture Healing in Type 2 Diabetes

The study reveals that glutaminolysis in macrophages is inhibited under type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) conditions, which impedes fracture healing by reducing bone morphogenetic protein 2 (BMP2) production through increased cytosine methylation on the promoter.

Tetrahedral Nitrogen Atoms Arrangement in A‐Site Cations: A New Approach for Regulating Sensitivity and Energy of Perovskite Energetic Materials

The urotropine is selected as the A‐site cation in PEMs, and four urotropine‐based PEMs ([C6H14N4][M(ClO4)3]) are successfully prepared. Compared with the cubic PEMs, the crystal structure of the urotropine‐based PEMs has an expansion along the c‐axis.
