Advanced Science, EarlyView.Lysosomal redistribution occurs via extracellular vesicles in multi‐stem cell aggregates and controls iron homeostasis for safeguarding cell aggregation. These cell aggregate‐released extracellular vesicles (CA‐EVs) rescue lysosomal impairments and exert anti‐ferroptosis effects in recipient irradiated endothelial cells.
