Psychrotrophic Microbiota in Milk and Fermented Milk Products
Milk and dairy products form a significant part of the human diet. Temperature control is considered as the key to extend shelf life for dairy products. Psychrotrophs grow at temperature such as 7o C or lower but had higher optimal growth temperature.

A mineral‐based supra‐nano amorphous ruthenium dioxide composite (a‐Ru0.5‐AM) was designed, achieving 97% broadband solar absorption. Under one sun, it reaches 87.91 ± 0.32 °C with a distinct thermal buffering effect that favors thermal confinement.

A bimetallic Mn–Ca nanoreactor (MCC) is developed as a non‐nucleotide STING nanoagonist for cancer metalloimmunotherapy. MCC induces Ca2+ overload and hydroxyl radical generation, resulting in mitochondrial damage and mtDNA release. The released mtDNA cooperates with Mn2+ to robustly activate cGAS–STING signaling.
