Robust to PVT enhanced DC gain amplifier using no Miller capacitor feedforward compensation
Analog Integrated Circuits and Signal Processing, 2014This paper presents an operational transconductance amplifier compensated in frequency with a feedforward path implemented with current mirrors. This concept eliminates the need of Miller capacitor and improves performance compared to traditional feedforward topologies in regard to DC gain.

This paper introduces a new effective single-Miller capacitor compensation topology for three-stage amplifiers with very large capacitive loads, realized through an active-feedback capacitor together with an inner half-feedforward stage. Moreover, an optimized design strategy which profitably exploits the two left half-plane zeros is presented.

This paper provides a SiGe optical receiver using new high performance differential active Miller capacitor (DAMC) circuits to replace off-chip capacitors. The fully integrated design can avoid off-chip noise interference. The 4.25 Gbit/s optical receiver was realized in a commercial 0.35 µm SiGe BiCMOS process.
