Inhalable Hsa‐miR‐30a‐3p Liposomes Attenuate Pulmonary Fibrosis

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
The study explores inhalable hsa‐miR‐30a‐3p‐loaded liposomes as a treatment for bleomycin‐induced pulmonary fibrosis in mice. Hsa‐miR‐30a‐3p is electroporated into liposomes and formulated into a dry powder for inhalation. Delivered via dry powder inhalation, it improves pulmonary function, promotes myofibroblast de‐differentiation by targeting CNPY2 ...

Affinity‐Based Isolation and One‐Pot Analysis of Extracellular Vesicles from Biofluids Using Phase Separated Zwitterionic Coacervates

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This study presents a novel method for affinity‐based isolation and analysis of extracellular vesicles from biofluids using phase‐separated zwitterionic coacervates functionalized with a membrane‐sensing peptide. This technology minimizes nonspecific binding, enabling high‐yield isolation and direct one‐pot biomarker profiling.

Tunable High‐Performance Photo‐Assisted Li–O2 Batteries by the Construction of Ferroelectric Photocathode

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
xxx. Abstract Photo‐assistance is considered to be an effective approach to reducing the overpotential for lithium‐oxygen (Li–O2) batteries. However, the advancement is greatly hindered by the rapidly recombined photoexcited electrons and holes upon the discharging and charging processes.
