Advanced Science, Volume 11, Issue 45, December 4, 2024.This study reveals that CPS1 expression is reduced in HCC and has a dual regulatory effect on HCC. Loss of CPS1 inhibits cell proliferation, but facilitates the metastasis of HCC. CPS1 upregulates SLC1A3 by m6A modification to enhance Asp import thus fueling cell proliferation and meanwhile inhibiting the PC‐PLC/DAG/PKC axis.
