Inhibition of cyclin‐dependent kinases 12/13 using CT7439 as a treatment for colorectal cancer with CDK12 upregulation

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
The proposed mechanism of action for the CDK12/13 inhibitor and cyclin K degrader, CT7439. CDK12/13 inhibition interrupts transcription elongation, leading to increased DNA damage that results in cell death. This agent is a potentially novel treatment option for patients with colorectal cancer. Created in BioRender. Cyclin‐dependent kinase (CDK) 12 and

Wafer Direct Technology for Mini LED Flip Attachment

open access: yesJournal of Physics: Conference Series, 2021
Abstract We would like to introduce the mechanism structure of our wafer direct die attachment technology for mini LED. Wafer direct technology is structured from two parts of that one is adhesive one shot dipping and other is pinhole free chip shooting. 1st, we developed “One shot wafer dipping” which can transfer the adhesive to around

CEACAM1 participation in breast cancer progression

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
In invasive breast cancer (BC), CEACAM1 shifts from an apical to a uniform membranous/cytoplasmic pattern, or is lost, as tumors dedifferentiate, inversely tracking the Ki‐67 proliferative index. In MCF‐7 cells, only CEACAM1‐4L suppresses proliferation, repressing cell cycle and growth factor genes.

Pharmacological chromatin remodeling enhances response to estrogen therapy in ER+ breast cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Estrogen therapy elicits clinical benefit in ~ 30% of patients with endocrine‐resistant estrogen receptor (ER)‐positive breast cancer. Based on findings that ER transcriptional activation underlies response to estrogen therapy, we tested the effects of epigenetic dysregulation via pharmacological inhibition of histone deacetylases (HDACi).

Digital Mini-LED Lighting Using Organic Thin-Film Transistors Reaching over 100,000 Nits of Luminance

open access: yesNanomaterials
This paper demonstrates the use of organic thin-film transistors (OTFTs) to drive active digital mini light-emitting diode (mini-LED) backlights, aiming to achieve exceptional display performance. Our findings reveal that OTFTs can effectively power mini-

Castration‐resistant prostate cancer cells are addicted to the high activity of cyclin‐dependent kinase 2

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
We show that emergence of castration‐resistant prostate (CRPC) is associated with significant upregulation of cyclins that positively regulate cyclin‐dependent kinase 2 (CDK2) and concomitant downregulation of CDK4 cyclins. This renders CRPC cells dependent on the high activity of CDK2, and CDK2 inhibitors synergistically sensitize CRPC cells to both ...

High-Performance GaN-Based Green Flip-Chip Mini-LED with Lattice-Compatible AlN Passivation Layer

open access: yesNanomaterials
The GaN-based green miniaturized light-emitting diode (mini-LED) is a key component for the realization of full-color display. Optimized passivation layers can alleviate the trapping of carriers by sidewall defects and are regarded as an effective way to
