Two-phase heat transfer in small passages and microfinned surfaces - Fundamentals and applications [PDF]
Micro channels and internally finned tubes are increasingly being utilized in the evaporators and condensers of refrigeration systems. The adoption of such geometries in the development of micro-cooling systems is first discussed in this paper.

Modeling and Optimization of the Immersion Evaporative Cooling Lithium‐Ion Battery System
This paper focuses on the coupling mechanism, performance, and optimization of the immersion evaporative cooling lithium‐ion battery system (IECLBS). A novel dynamic coupling model is established based on the whole heat transfer path. We investigated the coupling mechanism of IECLBS by examining changes in the relevant parameters.

Heat Transfer in Minichannel Gaseous Cooling
Heat transfer was investigated for high pressure ratio air flow in square minichannels, which were machined on the oxygen free copper block. The size of the channels were 0.3, 0.6, 1.0 and 2.0 mm, and the length were 10, 20, 50 and 100 mm. The pressure ratio was changed widely up to the flow choked at the exit.

The research presents an investigation into airflow configuration, thermal behavior, and convective heat transfer enhancement in a circular heat exchanger tube fitted with turbulence generators. These turbulence generators, referred to in this study as X‐V baffles (XVBs), were developed to generate swirling flow within the heat exchanger tube, which is
