Several statements on quasi-ideals of semirings are given in this paper, where these semirings may have an absorbing element O or not. In Section 2 we characterize regular semirings and regular elements of semi-rings using quasi-ideals (cf. Thms.

Soft intersection almost bi-quasi-interior ideals of semigroups [PDF]
Generalizing the ideals of an algebraic structure has shown to be both exciting and valuable to mathematicians. In this context, the concept of Bi-Quasi-Interior Ideal (BQI-ideal) was proposed as a generalization of interior ideal, quasi-ideal, bi-ideal,

MINIMAL WEAK QUASI-IDEALS IN ABSTRACT AFFINE NEAR-RINGS
In this paper we introduce the concept of weak quasi-ideal in abstract affine near-rings. We extend the notation of quasi-ideal to weak quasi- ideal in abstract affine near-rings. We obtain an example which is weak quasi- ideal but not quasi-ideal. We obtain necessary and sufficientcondition for a weak quasi-ideal to be minimal.

A naturally regularized path integral formalism
A minimal uncertainty in position measurement comes into play if, for instance, one incorporates gravitational interaction of photon and electron in the Heisenberg’s Electron Microscope Gedanken Experiment.

Minimal quasi-ideals in abstract affine near-rings, II
The author continues his study of quasi-ideals in abstract affine near- rings [Math. Rep. Coll. Gen. Educ., Kyushu Univ. 16, 33-37 (1988; Zbl 0676.16031) and part I, Proc. Japan Acad., Ser. A 65, 25-26 (1989; Zbl 0693.16021)]. The main results show that the intersection and the product of a minimal right ideal and a minimal left ideal of an abstract ...

Fractional Conductances of Wires: The S-Matrix Approach
Quasi-one-dimensional systems with multiple conduction channels are essential for describing a range of physical phenomena. In this paper, we analyse transport in wires where electrons are subject to arbitrary number of strong multi-particle ...

Single crystals are renowned for their superior physical/chemical properties, arising from their perfect atomic ordering, but they are costly to fabricate. Quasi-single-crystals (QSCs) with low-angle grain boundaries (LAGBs) offer a practical alternative

We have investigated a weakly q-deformed algebra, which leads to non-Hermitian operators. It has been explicitly shown that the harmonic oscillator Hamiltonian is quasi-Hermitian, and that the corresponding physical Hilbert-space metric Θ differs from ...
