Intensive chemotherapy in acute lymphoblastic leukaemia leads to present relapse. Almost in all the cases relapse is due to original leukaemia clone proliferation and only in few cases different leukaemia clone is being formed. The main problem uncertainty wether a complete clinical remission was achieved.
