Gauge-invariant inflaton in the minimal supersymmetric standard model [PDF]

open access: yesPhysical Review Letters, 2006
We argue that all the necessary ingredients for successful inflation are present in the flat directions of the Minimally Supersymmetric Standard Model. We show that out of many gauge-invariant combinations of squarks, sleptons, and Higgs bosons, there are two directions, LLe and udd, which are promising candidates for the inflaton.

Wegner estimate and upper bound on the eigenvalue condition number of non‐Hermitian random matrices

open access: yesCommunications on Pure and Applied Mathematics, Volume 77, Issue 9, Page 3785-3840, September 2024.
Abstract We consider N×N$N\times N$ non‐Hermitian random matrices of the form X+A$X+A$, where A$A$ is a general deterministic matrix and NX$\sqrt {N}X$ consists of independent entries with zero mean, unit variance, and bounded densities. For this ensemble, we prove (i) a Wegner estimate, that is, that the local density of eigenvalues is bounded by N1+o(

TOP-INDUCED ELECTROWEAK BREAKING IN THE MINIMAL SUPERSYMMETRIC STANDARD MODEL [PDF]

open access: yes, 1995
Severe constraints on parameters of the minimal supersymmetric standard model follow from a dynamical electroweak symmetry breaking mechanism dominated by top and stop loops. In particular, the lightest Higgs boson mass is expected to be smaller than 100

Searches for direct supersymmetric gaugino and slepton pair production in final states with leptons with the ATLAS detector

open access: yesEPJ Web of Conferences, 2013
A search for direct production of supersymmetric gauginos and sleptons in final states with two and three leptons is presented. The two lepton analysis uses 4.7 fb−1 of proton-proton collision data at √s = 7 TeV, while the three lepton analysis uses 13 ...

Charge and color breaking constraints in the Minimal Supersymmetric Standard Model associated with the bottom Yukawa coupling

open access: yesPhysics Letters B, 2016
Testing the stability of the electroweak vacuum in any extension of the Standard Model Higgs sector is of great importance to verify the consistency of the theory.

Link splitting deformation of colored Khovanov–Rozansky homology

open access: yesProceedings of the London Mathematical Society, Volume 129, Issue 3, September 2024.
Abstract We introduce a multiparameter deformation of the triply‐graded Khovanov–Rozansky homology of links colored by one‐column Young diagrams, generalizing the “y$y$‐ified” link homology of Gorsky–Hogancamp and work of Cautis–Lauda–Sussan. For each link component, the natural set of deformation parameters corresponds to interpolation coordinates on ...

Minimal Supersymmetric Standard Model within CompHEP software package [PDF]

open access: yes, 1997
The Minimal Supersymmetric Standard Model is presented as a model for the CompHEP software package as a set of files containing the complete Lagrangian of the MSSM, particle contents and parameters. All resources of CompHEP with a user-friendly interface

Long life stau in the minimal supersymmetric standard model

open access: yes, 2006
We study the stau lifetime in a scenario with the LSP taken to be a neutralino and the NLSP being a stau, based on the minimal supersymmetric Standard Model. The mass difference between the LSP and NLSP, $\delta m$, must satisfy $\delta m/m_{\tilde{\chi}}

Constraining sleptons at the LHC in a supersymmetric low-scale seesaw scenario

open access: yesEuropean Physical Journal C: Particles and Fields, 2017
We consider a scenario inspired by natural supersymmetry, where neutrino data is explained within a low-scale seesaw scenario. We extend the Minimal Supersymmetric Standard Model by adding light right-handed neutrinos and their superpartners, the R ...
