Catenoid-like solutions for the minimal surface equation [PDF]
The author improves his Phragmèn-Lindelöf type theorems for solutions of the minimal surface equation, for domains suitably contained in a half plane [Proc. Am. Math. Soc. 121, 1027-1037 (1994; Zbl 0820.35010)]. Let \(\Omega\) be an unbounded domain with width of polynomial growth and let \(u\) satisfy the minimal surface equation in \(\Omega\).

LDAcoop: Integrating non‐linear population dynamics into the analysis of clonogenic growth in vitro
Limiting dilution assays (LDAs) quantify clonogenic growth by seeding serial dilutions of cells and scoring wells for colony formation. The fraction of negative wells is plotted against cells seeded and analyzed using the non‐linear modeling of LDAcoop.

Spontaneous quantization of the Yang–Mills gradient flow
We formulate a nonsingular loop–space calculus for the Yang–Mills (YM) gradient flow directly in terms of Wilson loop functionals, rather than the underlying gauge fields.

Nanosecond infrared laser (NIRL) low‐volume sampling combined with shotgun lipidomics uncovers distinct lipidome alterations in oropharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma (OPSCC) of the palatine tonsil. Several lipid species consistently differentiate tumor from healthy tissue, highlighting their potential as diagnostic markers.

General Decay Rate of Solution for Love-Equation with Past History and Absorption
In the present paper, we consider an important problem from the point of view of application in sciences and engineering, namely, a new class of nonlinear Love-equation with infinite memory in the presence of source term that takes general nonlinearity ...

Peroxidasin enables melanoma immune escape by inhibiting natural killer cell cytotoxicity
Peroxidasin (PXDN) is secreted by melanoma cells and binds the NK cell receptor NKG2D, thereby suppressing NK cell activation and cytotoxicity. PXDN depletion restores NKG2D signaling and enables effective NK cell–mediated melanoma killing. These findings identify PXDN as a previously unrecognized immune evasion factor and a potential target to improve

Nonparametric minimal surfaces in R3 whose boundaries have a jump discontinuity
Let Ω be a domain in R2 which is locally convex at each point of its boundary except possibly one, say (0,0), ϕ be continuous on ∂Ω/{(0,0)} with a jump discontinuity at (0,0) and f be the unique variational solution of the minimal surface equation with ...

Methods to improve antibody–drug conjugate (ADC) treatment durability in cancer therapy are needed. We utilized ADCs and immune‐stimulating antibody conjugates (ISACs), which are made from two non‐competitive antibodies, to enhance the entry of toxic payloads into cancer cells and deliver immunostimulatory agents into immune cells.

Application of the Design of Experiments and Computational Fluid Dynamics to Bow Design Improvement
Techniques of the design of experiments (DOE) and computational fluid dynamics (CFD) were applied for improving the bow shape of a tanker hull. Through this, a hull that could reduce the added resistance in waves was derived.

The PI3Kδ inhibitor roginolisib (IOA‐244) preserves T‐cell function and activity
Identification of novel PI3K inhibitors with limited immune‐related adverse effects is highly sought after. We found that roginolisib and idelalisib inhibit chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) cells and Treg suppressive functions to similar extents, but roginolisib affects cytotoxic T‐cell function and promotion of pro‐inflammatory T helper subsets to a
