Amenability Constants for Unconditional Sums of Banach Algebras
Mathematische Nachrichten, EarlyView.ABSTRACT We study Johnson amenability for unconditional direct sums of Banach algebras. Given a family (Ai)i∈I$(A_i)_{i\in I}$ of Banach algebras and a Banach sequence lattice E$E$ on I$I$, the E$E$‐sum ⨁i∈IAiE${\bigl (\bigoplus _{i\in I} A_i\bigr)}_{\!E}$ carries a natural Banach algebra structure via coordinatewise multiplication.

Abelian number fields with frobenian conditions
Mathematika, Volume 72, Issue 4, October 2026.Abstract We study the distribution of abelian number fields with frobenian conditions imposed on the conductor. In particular, we find an asymptotic for the number of abelian field extensions of a number field k$k$ whose conductor is the sum of two squares. We also discuss an application of the Brauer group of stacks to quadratic number fields.
