Pregnancy‐Associated Cardiomyopathy in a Late‐Diagnosed Partial Hydatidiform Mole: A Case Report
Background The hydatidiform mole presents as either a complete or partial mole. They are differentiated by morphology, histopathology, karyotype, and the risk of malignancy. Partial hydatidiform moles are the only type of trophoblastic gestational disease associated with the presence of a fetus (with or without positive cardiac response).

Myocardial infarction (MI) with non-obstructive coronary arteries (MINOCA) is reported in 6% of patients with acute MI referred for catheterization. Because of the complex etiology and a limited amount of evidence, the treatment of MINOCA remains elusive.

Myocardial Infarction With No Obstructive Coronary Artery Disease and the 2023 Turkiye Earthquakes
Background Increased rates of cardiac events at the time of natural disasters have been reported. However, the relationship between myocardial infarctions and earthquakes is less clear. We report on the rate of myocardial infarction with no obstructive coronary artery (MINOCA) disease during the 2023 Turkiye earthquakes.

Acute myocardial infarction as presenting symptom of thymoma with compression on a coronary stent
Acute myocardial infarction is a rare presenting symptom of thymoma. Myocardial infarction was caused by the thrombotic occlusion of previously implanted coronary stent. The treatment consisted in thrombus aspiration and plain old balloon angioplasty followed by robotic‐assisted thoracic surgery (RATS) thymoma resection. Abstract We report the clinical

Management of myocardial infarction with non-obstructive coronary arteries (MINOCA) in Germany: a single-center study on hospital resources and healthcare economics [PDF]
Background Patients with myocardial infarction with non-obstructive coronary arteries (MINOCA) present as a main feature ≤50% stenosis upon angiography despite clinical symptoms and biomarker elevation related to acute coronary syndrome.

Background Infarct size (IS) and microvascular obstruction (MVO), measured by cardiovascular magnetic resonance, are key prognostic markers after myocardial infarction (MI). The index of microcirculatory resistance (IMR) predicts MVO and IS; however, its
