Pt‐Mediated Co‐Adsorption of Hydroxyl and Nitrogen‐Heterocyclic Species Over Cu/CuO Heterostructure Enhances Coupled Azotriazole Electrosynthesis and Dual‐Electrode Hydrogen Production
