Impact Reactivation of a Hydrothermal System in Basalt in the Vargeão Dome Impact Structure, Brazil
Abstract As hydrous minerals have been observed in impact craters on Mars, impact‐generated hydrothermal systems (IGHSs) have been considered as potential habitats for life on that planet. The Vargeão Dome, a 12 km wide impact structure in southern Brazil, was formed in basalts with at least two hydrothermal alteration stages.

Abstract Primitive asteroids and carbonaceous chondrites (CCs) record the history of processes in the early solar system. Visible and shortwave infrared (VSWIR) spectroscopy of primitive asteroids and bulk‐powdered CCs has identified shared spectral features suggestive of shared parent body origins.

JAXA curation for Bennu samples returned by the NASA's OSIRIS‐REx mission
Abstract NASA's OSIRIS‐REx mission successfully collected and returned ~121.6 g of bulk samples from the B‐type, near‐Earth asteroid (101955) Bennu to Earth in September 2023. Upon returning to Earth, the samples were transported to the NASA Johnson Space Center where most of the samples have been stored and processed.

Description and modeling of the Jiddat al Harasis 091 L5 strewn field
Abstract With a size of 51.2 × 7.2 km, the 10.9 ± 1.7 ka old Jiddat al Harasis 091 L5 chondrite strewn field is the largest known in Oman. It consists of more than 700 meteorites with a total mass of >4.5 tons from which the largest six stones of >100 kg to 1.5 tons make up two thirds of the total mass.
