Host‐Guest Synergistic Regulation in Functionalized Metal‐Organic Frameworks for Efficient Aqueous Zinc‐Ion Batteries

This study proposes a sub‐nanometer cluster‐confinement strategy to confine polyoxometalate clusters within MOFs pores with precise loading control, enabling systematic elucidation of the synergistic mechanisms among sub‐nanometer clusters, non‐covalent interactions, and the porous framework in enhancing AZIBs performance.

Configuration and Charge Dynamics of Defect‐Cluster‐Dipoles in CaTiO3 for Enhanced Permittivity

In La‐doped CaTiO3, the clustering of La ion and Ca vacancies is clearly observed and the configuration of such defect‐cluster is validated. Combining photoelctronic and dielectric spectroscopy enables the dielectric relaxation process with the charge transfer routes.

Copper Tin Halide p‐Type TFT Enabled Solution Processed Monolithic 3D CMOS Circuits

By incorporating tin(II) cations and high electronegativity halide anions (Cl−/F−) into copper(I) iodide, a superior p‐type semiconductor is obtained with enhanced film stability, morphology, and electrical properties. Copper tin halide TFTs achieve mobilities over 20 cm2 Vs−1 under low operating voltages.

Simultaneous Fermi Level and Weighted Mobility Engineering in CaCuP‐Based Thermoelectrics via Multi‐Route Compositional Tuning

Continuous Fermi level tuning is achieved in CaCuP‐based thermoelectrics through precise aliovalent doping at Ca and Cu sites.
