Clinical Otolaryngology and Allied Sciences, 1998One hundred and forty-five patients were identified with minor salivary gland tumours. General information and tumour-specific information on stage, grade of tumour, resection margins, recurrence and survival were collected. Data was analysed by both univariate and multivariate methods.

Secretory carcinoma of minor salivary glands.
Quintessence international (Berlin, Germany : 1985)Secretory carcinoma is a malignant salivary gland tumor, which typically presents as an indolent painless mass within the parotid gland. Involvement of the minor gland is reported but less common. Secretory carcinoma was often misclassified as other salivary gland mimics, particularly acinic cell carcinoma, prior to 2010.
