Rational Device Design and Doping‐Controlled Performance in Fast‐Response π‐Ion Gel Transistors
Advanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.π‐Ion gel transistors (PIGTs) achieve extraordinary transconductance and stability through device configuration optimization, high‐mobility conjugated polymer selection, and hole scavenger doping.
