Combined Low‐Level Laser and Ultrasound Therapy for Growing Pains in Children Aged Four to Twelve Years: A Pilot Study

This pilot study evaluated low‐level laser therapy combined with ultrasonic therapy in children with growing pains. Results demonstrated clinical safety and potential efficacy of this non‐pharmacological approach, supporting the need for further randomized clinical trials.

Dissecting the Spectrum of Rare BRAF Mutations in Melanoma: A Nation‐Wide Study by the Italian Melanoma Intergroup (IMI)

In a large multicentre Italian cohort (14,081 melanoma cases from 19 centres), rare BRAF mutations (~2%) showed survival and response to targeted therapy comparable to V600E/K. Functional modeling indicates that variants, particularly near codon 600, can induce constitutive activation, supporting expanded BRAF genotyping to identify additional patients
