RoundMi: A quantitative method to analyze mitochondrial morphology in mitotic cells
RoundMi is a workflow for rapid analysis of mitochondrial morphology in mitotic cells. By combining adaptive preprocessing with automated segmentation and quantification, it enables accurate measurements from single focal plane images, reducing acquisition time and computational demands while remaining compatible with high‐throughput fixed and live ...

A novel test of missing completely at random: U -statistics-based approach
In this paper, a novel test for testing whether data are missing completely at random is proposed. Asymptotic properties of the test are derived utilizing the theory of non-degenerate U-statistics. It is shown that the novel test statistic coincides with the well-known Little's d2 statistic in the case of a multivariate data that has only one variable ...

Matrix Completion When Missing Is Not at Random and Its Applications in Causal Panel Data Models
This paper develops an inferential framework for matrix completion when missing is not at random and without the requirement of strong signals. Our development is based on the observation that if the number of missing entries is small enough compared to the panel size, then they can be estimated well even when missing is not at random. Taking advantage

Cutaneous Melanoma Drives Metabolic Changes in the Aged Bone Marrow Immune Microenvironment
Melanoma, the deadliest form of skin cancer, increasingly affects older adults. Our study reveals that melanoma induces changes in iron and lipid levels in the bone marrow, impacting immune cell populations and increasing susceptibility to ferroptosis.

Mutant NPM1 in Acute Myeloid Leukemia Initiation and Maintenance
NPM1 mutations drive acute myeloid leukemia by acting as neomorphic transcriptional regulators that cooperate with Menin–MLL and XPO1 to sustain HOX/MEIS1 expression and block differentiation. Targeting these mutant‐specific transcriptional dependencies provides a rational therapeutic strategy for NPM1‐mutated AML.

Reconstruction of Missing Data Completely at Random for Trains Based on Improved GAN
Reconstruction of missing data for heavy-haul trains is critical to ensuring safe train operation. However, existing generative model training methods require a complete dataset, making it difficult for them to address the issue of missing data completely at random.

Long‐Term Follow‐Up of Chemotherapy‐Associated Biological Aging in Women With Early Breast Cancer
Women threated with adjuvant chemotherapy for early breast cancer have sustained long‐term increase in p16INK4a,, a robust marker of cell senescence, suggesting a chemotherapy‐associated age acceleration. p16INK4a as well as other biomarkers may identify patients at greatest risk for senescence‐related diseases of aging.
