Kelaziman Kesalahan Berbahasa dalam Menulis Laporan Penelitian

open access: yesScholaria: Jurnal Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan, 2018
Language is the main media to deliver an idea. The mistakes in the language used will produce the wrong idea. To avoid the wrong idea, it is not allowed to make a mistake in using the language. The fact found in PGSD – FKIP UKSW bachelor degree students’

A Workflow to Accelerate Microstructure‐Sensitive Fatigue Life Predictions

open access: yesAdvanced Engineering Materials, EarlyView.
This study introduces a workflow to accelerate predictions of microstructure‐sensitive fatigue life. Results from frameworks with varying levels of simplification are benchmarked against published reference results. The analysis reveals a trade‐off between accuracy and model complexity, offering researchers a practical guide for selecting the optimal ...

The ‘drastic’ remedy of rectification for unilateral mistake [PDF]

open access: yes, 2008
This article argues that the object of rectification for unilateral mistake ought to be essentially no different than rectification for common mistake - namely, to ensure that the written contract reflects the true bargain between the parties as ...

Mistake of fact in English law

open access: yes, 2011
U uvodnim izlaganjima pojmovno su razgraničene zabluda o činjenicama i pravna zabluda u engleskom pravu. Međutim, predmet rada je razmatranje stvarne zablude ili zablude o činjenicama. U prvom delu rada autor će predstaviti dve različite koncepcije tog instituta: objektivnu i subjektivnu.

Low‐Angle Grain Boundaries and Re‐Segregation in Single‐Crystalline Ni‐Base Superalloys

open access: yesAdvanced Engineering Materials, EarlyView.
This work demonstrates that Re‐segregation at low‐angle grain boundaries (LAGBs) in Ni‐base superalloys is influenced by misorientation angle. Advanced microscopy and atom probe tomography reveal that higher misorientation angles increases Re‐segregation.

Mistake under the Common European Sales Law [PDF]

open access: yes, 2012
The Common European Sales Law (CESL) sets the conditions in which the mistaken party is entitled to rescission and compensation from the other party. Some of the CESL\u27s provisions, however, are inconsistent with efficiency.

Field Report from Collaborative Research Center 1625: Heterogeneous Research Data Management Using Ontology Representations

open access: yesAdvanced Engineering Materials, EarlyView.
A unified research data management framework for heterogeneous materials data is presented. The system integrates multimodal datasets using ontologies and knowledge graphs, enabling interoperability and FAIR (findable, accessible, interoperable, reusable) data principles. By linking data across scales and workflows, it supports reproducible, Artifitial

Russell on Metaphysical Vagueness

open access: yesPrincipia: An International Journal of Epistemology, 2001
Recently a fascinating debate has been rekindled over whether vagueness is metaphysical or linguistic. That is, is vagueness an objective feature of reality or is it merely an artifact of our language?

Creating Ti–Fe α/β Alloys by Diffusion‐Driven Solid‐State Processing

open access: yesAdvanced Engineering Materials, EarlyView.
This study proposes making alloys containing fast diffusing elements that are difficult to produce by ingot metallurgy, by diffusion‐driven solid‐state HIP processing of elemental powders and low‐temperature homogenisation. Here, novel Fe‐Ti α–β alloys are formed having fine α–β lamellae, a small β prior grain size without significant intermetallics ...

Karl Popper and the Mechanisms of Hydrogen Embrittlement

open access: yesAdvanced Engineering Materials, EarlyView.
Representation of the beginning of loss of ductility rather than embrittlement. Small concentrations of hydrogen in a diffusible form within iron are well‐established to harm the mechanical integrity of steels. There are theories that attempt to explain the pernicious role of hydrogen.
