How to boost the IDS output of an OECT? Anisotropic polymer alignment along the channel direction enables a 13‐fold increase in IDS. Such channel engineering opens the door to unprecedented signal amplification (here gmL/Wd = 2 580 S cm−1 with a PBTTT‐backbone bearing single‐ether side chains), faster ON/OFF switching, and improved stability for the ...

EFFECTS OF CHIGGER MITE (ACARI: TROMBICULIDAE) INFECTIONS ON AMEIVA (SQUAMATA: TEIIDAE) FROM THE ANGUILLA BANK [PDF]
We examined 152 Ameiva plei from four sites on Anguilla and from Scrub Island, a nearby satellite, and 12 A. corax from Little Scrub Island, another Anguillian satellite, generated indices of condition by dividing mass (g) by SVL (mm), and quantified ...

This study elucidates a novel SlJAZ8‐SlWRKY57‐SlAVT6A/SlAVT6B module that effectively channels metabolic flux from primary to secondary metabolism, impacting plant growth, development, and resistance. Two novel vacuolar amino acid exporters, SlAVT6A and SlAVT6B, fine‐tunes trichomes, terpenes, and gibberellins, bolstering spider mite resistance.

Reproduction of Varroa destructor in sealed worker bee brood cells of Apis mellifera carnica and Apis mellifera syriaca in Jordan [PDF]
The reproduction of the honey bee mite, Varroa destructor in sealed worker bee brood cells represents an important factor for the population development of this parasite in honey bee colonies.

This study demonstrates that prolonged rhythmic 40 Hz light flicker enhances spatial learning by stimulating PV interneuron‐dependent neurogenesis. The light flicker selectively activates PV interneurons, which enhances GABAergic support for the integration of immature neurons in the adult dentate gyrus.
