Incomplete mitogenomes for Neofelis Nebulosa and Leptailurus serval
This zip file contains two fasta files with the incomplete mitogenomes for Neofelis Nebulosa ("NNE_Fell") and Leptailurus serval ("LSE_Togo"). These mitogenomes were too low quality for upload on GenBank: LSE_Togo is 44.5% complete and NNE_Fell is 51.0 ...

Integrative taxonomy, whole organelle genomes and endosymbiosis in Rhopalodia sterrenburgii Krammer
Despite their ecological significance and unique endosymbiotic capabilities, diatoms in the genus Rhopalodia remain poorly represented in genomic databases, particularly with respect to the availability of complete genomes from multiple organellar ...

This study sequenced and annotated the complete 17,230 bp mitochondrial genome of Ovophis makazayazaya, which contains 13 protein‐coding genes (PCGs), 2 rRNAs, 22 tRNAs, and a D‐loop region, with a significant AT bias (57.2%). Phylogenetic analyses confirmed its placement within Crotalinae, and all PCGs showed evidence of purifying selection (Ka/Ks < 1)

Field photograph of an ancient Nothofagus tree covered with epiphytic lichens in the Patagonian temperate rainforest. This genus serves as a key model for investigating organellar introgression and evolutionary genomics in South America. ABSTRACT Hybridization is widespread across diverse groups of organisms, and in some cases, organellar genomes of ...
