Mitral annular disjunction in a paediatric patient
Clinical History: A 10-year-old boy presented with complaints of multiple episodes of fainting and lightheadedness for a few months. There was no breathlessness or chest pain. No significant past medical history. Physical examination was unremarkable. 2D ECHO done elsewhere was suspicious for superior displacement of the mitral annulus junction.openaire +1 more source
