On Landau-Kolmogorov type inequalities for charges and their applications

open access: yesResearches in Mathematics, 2023
In this article we prove sharp Landau-Kolmogorov type inequalities on a class of charges defined on Lebesgue measurable subsets of a cone in $\mathbb{R}^d$, $d\geqslant 1$, that are absolutely continuous with respect to the Lebesgue measure.

Nonlinear Mixed Jordan Triple $ * $-Derivations on $ * $-Algebras

open access: yesSiberian Mathematical Journal, 2022
Let $\mathcal {A}$ be a unital $\ast$-algebra. For $A, B\in\mathcal{A}$, define by $[A, B]_{*}=AB-BA^{\ast}$ and $A\bullet B=AB+BA^{\ast}$ the new products of $A$ and $B$. In this paper, under some mild conditions on $\mathcal {A}$, it is shown that a map $ :\mathcal {A}\rightarrow \mathcal {A}$ satisfies $ ([A\bullet B, C]_{*})=[ (A)\bullet B, C]_{*

Hořava gravity with mixed derivative terms [PDF]

open access: yesPhysical Review D, 2015
Horava gravity has been constructed so as to exhibit anisotropic scaling in the ultraviolet, as this renders the theory power-counting renormalizable. However, when coupled to matter, the theory has been shown to suffer from quadratic divergences. A way to cure these divergences is to add terms with both time and space derivatives.

Investigation to analytic solutions of modified conformable time–space fractional mixed partial differential equations

open access: yesPartial Differential Equations in Applied Mathematics, 2022
In this paper, the invariant subspace method (ISM) is developed to obtain the exact solution of linear and nonlinear time and space fractional mixed partial differential equations involving modified conformable fractional derivative (MCFD). Moreover, the

Sturm-Liouville Problem with Mixed Boundary Conditions for a Differential Equation with a Fractional Derivative and Its Application in Viscoelasticity Models

open access: yesAxioms, 2023
In this study, we obtained a system of eigenfunctions and eigenvalues for the mixed homogeneous Sturm-Liouville problem of a second-order differential equation containing a fractional derivative operator.

Generalized initial-boundary problem for the wave equation with mixed derivative

open access: yesСовременная математика: Фундаментальные направления, 2023
We study an initial-boundary problem for a second-order inhomogeneous hyperbolic equation in a half-strip of the plane containing a mixed derivative with constant coefficients and zero or nonzero potential.

Approximate Symmetries and Conservation Laws for Mechanical Systems Described by Mixed Derivative Perturbed PDEs

open access: yesЖурнал інженерних наук, 2023
This article focuses on developing and applying approximation techniques to derive conservation laws for the Timoshenko–Prescott mixed derivatives perturbed partial differential equations (PDEs).
