Mixed halogeno-derivatives of methylgermane

Journal of the Chemical Society A: Inorganic, Physical, Theoretical, 1971
A 1H n.m.r. spectroscopic study of the reactions of the halogeno(methyl)germanes MeGeHnX3 –n(n= 1 or 2; X = Cl, Br, or I) is described in which ‘mixed’ species MeGeHXY and MeGeX2Y are formed. Mass spectroscopy confirms the assignments.

Mixed aldimine derivatives of aluminium

Journal of Inorganic and Nuclear Chemistry, 1979
Abstract 1:1:1 Molar reactions of Al(OPr i ) 3 with monofunctional bidentate and bifunctional tridentate Schiff bases have yielded mixed Schiff base derivatives of the type (S′B′)Al(SB) (where S′B′ 2− and SB − are the anions of bifunctional tridentate and monofunctional bidentate Schiff bases respectively).

Derivation of mixing parameters from the HDR-thermal mixing experiments

International Journal of Pressure Vessels and Piping, 1988
Abstract This paper presents the results of an analysis and interpretation of mixing phenomena in the cold leg near the injection nozzle during the high-pressure injection (HPI) of cold emergency core cooling water. The mixing efficiency in the injection region governs the temperature transient and the thermal stratification in the cold leg of a PWR.

Perfluoroalkylbismuth Compounds. I. Mixed Alkylperfluoroalkyl Derivatives

Australian Journal of Chemistry, 1963
Perfluoroalkyl iodides react directly with trialkylbismuth compounds at 100°C to form dialkylperfluoroalkyl- and alkylbisperfluoroalkylbismuthines. These previously unknown compounds decompose below their boiling points. They are readily oxidized and may be hydrolysed by aqueous alkali, liberating the appropriate fluorocarbon.

Jack bean urease: mixed-metal derivatives

Inorganica Chimica Acta, 1997
Abstract We have prepared, for the first time, mixed-metal (Zn/Ni and Co/Ni) derivatives of the nickeloenzyme, urease. The mixed-metal derivatives, although possibly catalytically inert, provide a means for the further investigation of both the catalytic mechanism and coordination of the native nickel ions.

Special feature of mixed phosphotriester derivatives of cytarabine

Bioorganic & Medicinal Chemistry, 2009
Despite the unquestionable therapeutic interest of bis(SATE) pronucleotides, a presystemic metabolism preventing the delivery of the prodrugs in target cancer cells or tumours may constitute a limitation to the in vivo development of such derivatives. In order to overcome these drawbacks several strategies have been envisaged and we report herein the ...

Helper factors derived from autologous mixed lymphocyte cultures

Cellular Immunology, 1980
Abstract When human peripheral blood T lymphocytes were cultured with irradiated autologous trinitrophenyl modified autologous cells, cytotoxic cells were generated against the latter, provided that an additional stimulatory signal was also introduced into the cultures. Experiments carried out in this paper showed that this stimulus could be provided

Grisan derivatives in pure and mixed monomolecular films

Journal of Colloid and Interface Science, 1968
Abstract Pressure-area isotherms for monolayers of two synthetic grisan derivatives have been determined and correlated with molecular orientations of these entities at the air-water interface. Isotherms for equimolar mixtures of the grisan derivatives with stearic acid, cholesterol, and l -α-lecithin, respectively, are reported.
