Age‐Related Changes in Myeloid Cells and Their Impact on Subcutaneous Melanoma Growth in Mice
Aging and Cancer, EarlyView.Our findings reveal that age‐related changes in subcutaneous melanoma growth and immunotherapy response are context‐dependent. In models where tumor growth and treatment resistance increase with age, this effect is partly driven by enhanced immunosuppression from myeloperoxidase‐active Gr‐1⁺ myeloid cells.

The Art of Discrete and Applied MathematicsMixed graphs can be seen as digraphs with arcs and edges (or digons, that is, two opposite arcs). In this paper, we consider the case where such graphs are bipartite and in which the undirected and directed degrees are one. The best graphs, in terms of the number of vertices, are presented for small diameters.
