Strategies for Successfully Marketing and Stabilizing the Occupancy of Mixed-Income/Mixed-Race Properties: A Case Study of Cedar Beech and Elm Street Properties in Manchester, New Hamsphire [PDF]
Cedar Beech and the two Elm Street properties make up 92 units of mixed-income, mixed-race multifamily housing in Manchester, New Hampshire. Almost half of the residents have incomes below 30 percent of area median income, while a quarter have incomes ...

YIPFα1A expression is regulated by multilayered molecular mechanisms
YIPFα1A, a five‐pass Golgi protein, is regulated at multiple layers. (1) Rare‐codon enrichment drives translation‐coupled mRNA decay. (2) A proximal 3′‐UTR element stabilizes mRNA. (3) A distal 3′‐UTR element included by alternate poly(A) site usage represses translation, which can be overridden by the proximal 3′‐UTR element.

String GUT Scenarios with Stabilised Moduli [PDF]
Taking into account the recently proposed poly-instanton corrections to the superpotential and combining the race-track with a KKLT respectively LARGE Volume Scenario in an intricate manner, we show that we gain exponential control over the parameters in

Optimizing photoactivation of PA‐mCherry for optical pooled CRISPR screens
Photoactivatable PA‐mCherry finds widespread use to optically tag individual cells. However, confocal 405 nm UV laser‐scanning (normal scan) is much less efficient than widefield UV illumination, limiting the use of PA‐mCherry on confocal instruments. We remedy this limitation by reporting that rapid and repeated confocal scanning with a low‐intensity,

Cutaneous Melanoma Drives Metabolic Changes in the Aged Bone Marrow Immune Microenvironment
Melanoma, the deadliest form of skin cancer, increasingly affects older adults. Our study reveals that melanoma induces changes in iron and lipid levels in the bone marrow, impacting immune cell populations and increasing susceptibility to ferroptosis.

Le mur intrapsychique chez le sujet métissé
In the field of mixed couples, the very formation of the couple implies intercultural borders. The birth of children, which activates the “mixing” process, may have a possible effect on these borders which are often represented as walls.

Long‐Term Follow‐Up of Chemotherapy‐Associated Biological Aging in Women With Early Breast Cancer
Women threated with adjuvant chemotherapy for early breast cancer have sustained long‐term increase in p16INK4a,, a robust marker of cell senescence, suggesting a chemotherapy‐associated age acceleration. p16INK4a as well as other biomarkers may identify patients at greatest risk for senescence‐related diseases of aging.
