Determination of Diagnostic Cut-Points Using Stochastically Ordered Mixed Rasch Models

2007
Diagnostic tests aim to discriminate between clinically normal and clinically abnormal cases. When raw scores summarizing responses to items in psychiatric or health related scales are used for diagnostic purposes, it is required that measurements are both valid and reliable.

Using the Mixed Rasch Model to analyze data from the beliefs and attitudes about memory survey.

Journal of applied measurement, 2012
In this study, we used the Mixed Rasch Model (MRM) to analyze data from the Beliefs and Attitudes About Memory Survey (BAMS; Brown, Garry, Silver, and Loftus, 1997). We used the original 5-point BAMS data to investigate the functioning of the "Neutral" category via threshold analysis under a 2-class MRM solution.

The Mixed-Rasch Model: an example for analyzing the meaning of response latencies in a personality questionnaire.

Journal of applied measurement, 2006
The present study uses the Mixed-Rasch Model to analyze questionnaire data. It is hypothesized that more than one latent sub-population (classes) can be identified. It is also hypothesized that response latencies and social desirability can be used to describe and discriminate the latent classes.

Evaluation of psychopathological characteristics in drug addicts through mixed effect Rasch Model

2010

In particular we focus on the construction of an instrument for the measurement of attitude towards female stereotypes. 5-point Likert scales was used
