[Use of a local antibiotic combination in the treatment of mycotic vaginitis and mixed vaginitis].

This open clinical trial in 121 patients carried out by gynaecologists shows the difficulty in establishing the clinical diagnosis of vaginal candidosis or vaginal infectious candidosis. On the other hand, specific vaginitis can easily be identified, without carrying out vaginal smear.
