Vaginal calculi are extremely rare and are most commonly encountered in the setting of an urethrovaginal or vesicovaginal fistula. We present a case of a 72-year-old woman with mixed urinary incontinence and vaginal mesh exposure incidentally found to have a large vaginal calculus. Mixed vaginitis is caused by the simultaneous presence of at least two vaginal pathogens, contributing to an abnormal vaginal milieu and leading to vaginal symptoms and signs.
