Change of mixed venous blood oxygen saturation of patients undergoing extracorporeal circulation

[目的]观察体外循环期间混合静脉血氧饱和度变化的临床意义及影响因素。[方法]30例心内直视手术病人,持续监测体外循环期间混合静脉血氧饱和度（SvO2）、肛温、鼻咽温、红细胞比容（HCT）、血红蛋白（Hb）。[结果]体外循环中,SvO2随时间和温度的变化而变化,差异有统计学意义,与灌注流量、氧流量、Hb、HCT、耗氧量有关。[结论]根据混合静脉血氧饱和度的参数,准确控制体外循环中降温复温速度、血液稀释度、灌注流量、氧流量,可减少组织灌注不足引起的缺血和缺氧。
